The boat is in Fair/Good condition. Needs a detail.
Inside is dry & clean. Very comfortable inside.
Electronic screens should be looked at, the screens show signs of sun damage. They power up.
The generator runs, but has burned up to water pumps back to back. It is believed that there is a blockage. An impeller may be broken up inside. The generator is going to have to come out so the heat exchanger can be pulled. It will be recommended that anything needed done to it be done at this point before going back in.
Engine hasn't been put under a load in about two years.
It has been two years since the bottom has been done.
Seller does have a care taker for the boat. He looks after it every two weeks. Starts it up, moves it back & forth in the slip, checks batteries, washes it. .
Currently, Aug. 2016 AC is running good, but is being descaled for preventative maintenance.
The Engine hatch currently has a wiring issue. The motors are good but something is up with the wiring. An electrical test needs to verify where the power is not getting through. It could be a solenoid or bad actuator switch.
This is a great boat.
The engines seem to be in great shape.
