Sleeps 8 in 4 staterooms with 3 heads."Lady Penelope" is an entirely different yacht with an on deck galley four staterooms and a full beam engine room rather than separate walk in rooms typical of earlier Hatteras motor yachts. Although the extended deckhouse layout widens the salon dimensions its notable that the 70' CPMY still has side decks - something most extended deckhouse models sadly lack. By eliminating the large open-air afterdeck found in the 60 MY and adding the cockpit the extended deck motoryacht has a spacious 200 sq. ft. deckhouse with the galley and dinette wide open to the salon. The wheelhouse with direct access to the flybridge is completely enclosed in this layout. A staircase in the salon leads down to a spacious master stateroom and engine room access door. Both the VIP and forward staterooms have double berths and all three heads are fitted with stall showers."LADY PENELOPE" has an on deck galley with updated appliances that flow nicely into the well decorated large salon and outside seating leading down to a well founded cockpit. Aft is a full beam new master stateroom with new bedding shower andample privacy.Forward is one ofthe two VIP staterooms with access to a head and shower. Port side is a guest stateroom with two side-by-side singles ideal for children. Amidship is another VIP stateroom full beam with ensuite head and shower. The decor in all the staterooms is fresh and has been beautifully appointed complete with walnut hardwood flooring and countertops. The entire interior was custom painted to reflect a fresh light feeling by designer Louis Lepitz.
